Who we are and acceptance

Listen is operated by Azron, LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company (“Listen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Listen, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from this page. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be old enough to use Discord in your country and able to enter into this agreement. If you use Listen for a Discord server, you confirm that you have authority to configure the service for that server.

The service

Listen provides music search and playback, queues, playlists, lyrics, listening history integrations, AutoMix, premium entitlements, vote rewards, a web dashboard, and related support surfaces.

Listen is not affiliated with Discord, Stripe, Top.gg, Last.fm, or any music provider. Availability depends in part on third-party platforms, rights holders, networks, and APIs that may change or become unavailable.

Your responsibilities

You must follow Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer-facing platform rules that apply to your use, and all applicable laws.

You may not disrupt the service; evade rate, premium, geographic, or access limits; automate or manipulate votes; abuse payment or refund flows; probe infrastructure without written permission; or use Listen to harass people or distribute unlawful material.

You are responsible for the content you request, save, import, or share and for obtaining any permissions required for your use.

Premium and payments

Paid plans renew automatically for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. Current plan features, prices, taxes, trial terms, and any promotion are shown before purchase and form part of these Terms.

Premium is assigned through reusable guild slots. Assigning a slot does not grant ownership, moderation rights, or administrative authority over a Discord server.

Payments may be processed by Stripe or a supported Discord purchasing surface. We do not receive or store complete payment-card details. The separate Premium Terms and Refund Policy also apply.

Changes, availability, and termination

We may improve, replace, limit, or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid benefits when practical and will not remove mandatory consumer rights.

We may rate limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect users, comply with law or platform rules, address fraud or abuse, or keep the service reliable. You may stop using Listen at any time and remove it from your server.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listen is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted playback, permanent provider availability, error-free lyrics or analysis, or preservation of every queue or playlist state.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azron, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability arising from Listen will not exceed the amount you paid for Listen during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Governing law and changes to these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply.

We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and provide additional notice when a material change reasonably requires it. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
