The safety, integrity, and abuse rules for people and communities using Listen.

Protect people and the service

Do not use Listen to harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or coordinate abuse against another person. Do not request, save, or distribute content that is illegal or infringes another person’s rights.

Do not attack infrastructure; evade safeguards or limits; spam commands or interactions; scrape non-public data; impersonate Listen; or use unauthorized automation, self-bots, or vote manipulation.

Payments, premium, and support

Do not commit payment fraud, abuse trials or refunds, resell entitlements without permission, manipulate campaign eligibility, or submit knowingly false support or abuse reports.

Security research must stop before accessing another user’s data and must be reported privately through the official support path.

Enforcement

We may remove content references, rate limit activity, revoke grants, suspend accounts or guilds, preserve evidence, or contact Discord, payment providers, or authorities when reasonably necessary.

Enforcement is proportionate where practical. Serious safety, fraud, or infrastructure threats may result in immediate action.
