Premium Terms
How plans, guild slots, renewal, cancellations, promotions, and temporary grants work.

Plans and guild slots
Each paid plan includes the features and number of reusable premium guild slots shown at checkout. The subscription owner can assign a slot only to eligible servers available through their connected Discord account.
A slot changes Listen features for that guild; it does not change Discord ownership or permissions. We may require a member with Manage Server to confirm an assignment or server-wide change.
Billing and renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed interval until cancelled. Prices may include or exclude taxes as shown at checkout. Any trial, coupon, or campaign terms are displayed before purchase and may be limited by account, time, or eligibility.
If a payment fails, premium may enter a grace period or become inactive. You can manage or cancel eligible subscriptions through the billing portal or the purchasing platform.
Other grants
Subscription slots, manual grants, trials, and Top.gg vote grants may overlap. Removing one grant does not remove another independent grant.
Vote and promotional grants are temporary, non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be adjusted or revoked to prevent abuse or comply with platform rules. Listen will not punish users who choose not to vote by blocking the large majority of the free service.
Platform purchasing
Where Discord Premium Apps purchasing is available and required, Listen will support an eligible Discord purchase path at a price no higher than the same offering through another checkout path.
Marketplace purchases may be billed, cancelled, or refunded by that marketplace under its rules. Nothing in these Premium Terms removes mandatory rights under applicable law.
