What Listen processes, why it is needed, who receives it, and how to request access or deletion.

Who controls your data
Azron, LLC operates Listen and is responsible for the personal information described here. This product policy supplements Azron’s company privacy policy.
You can reach us through the Contact and Support page for access, correction, deletion, objection, or portability requests. We may need to verify the Discord account connected to the request.
Data we process
We process identifiers and configuration needed to run the service, including Discord user, guild, channel, role, and interaction identifiers; guild settings; permissions relevant to a requested action; playlists; saved tracks; queue and player recovery state; and Last.fm connection data when you choose to connect it.
For premium and growth features, we may process subscription and customer references, entitlement assignments, Top.gg vote event metadata, first-party campaign decisions, dismissals, and clicks through Listen-owned redirect links.
We also process security and operational data such as request timestamps, error reports, node health, coarse region, command performance, and abuse signals. We do not need your Discord password and will never ask for it.
Why we process it
We use data to perform your requested commands, connect to voice, keep queues and settings consistent, restore interrupted sessions, provide lyrics and scrobbling, assign premium, process billing, reward valid votes, prevent abuse, support users, and measure first-party product reliability.
Our legal bases, where required, are performance of the service you request, our legitimate interests in operating and securing Listen, consent for optional connections or communications, and compliance with legal obligations.
Sharing and advertising
We share only what is necessary with service providers that help operate Listen, such as Discord, payment processors, hosting and database providers, Top.gg for vote-related flows, Last.fm when you connect it, and music or lyrics providers needed to answer your request.
We do not sell personal information, disclose Discord API data to ad networks or data brokers, or use message content to train AI models. Launch house messages promote Listen itself and are contextual, dismissible, and measured through first-party systems.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention
Live player and queue state is retained only for operation and short recovery windows. Operational logs are normally kept for up to 30 days. First-party product and redirect events are normally kept for up to 13 months before deletion or aggregation.
Guild settings, playlists, saved tracks, account connections, and entitlement records remain while needed to provide the service and are deleted or de-identified after the relationship ends or a valid request is completed, subject to fraud, dispute, backup, and legal needs.
Payment, tax, and transaction records may be kept for the period required by law. Encrypted operational backups normally expire within 30 days; deletion from backups completes as those backups rotate.
Your choices and rights
You can remove Listen from a server, disconnect optional integrations, cancel premium, dismiss house messages, and opt out of optional AutoMix or promotional surfaces where offered.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Security, transfers, and children
We use access controls, encrypted transport, scoped secrets, backups, and monitoring intended to protect data, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Listen is operated from the United States and may use providers in other countries. Where required, transfers use contractual or other legally recognized safeguards.
Listen is not directed to children below Discord’s minimum age or the age of digital consent in their country. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information in violation of these rules.
