Refund Policy
When a Listen Premium payment is eligible for a refund and how cancellation works.

First-purchase window
You may request a refund for your first paid Listen Premium subscription within 14 days of the original purchase. We may ask for the Discord account and payment reference needed to locate the transaction, but never your complete card number.
If the law where you live gives you a longer period or additional rights, those rights apply. Purchases made through Discord or another marketplace may also be subject to that marketplace’s refund process.
Renewals, plan changes, and cancellation
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable after the billing period begins unless required by law or caused by a billing error. You can cancel before renewal through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period unless the checkout surface says otherwise.
Upgrade, downgrade, credit, or proration details are shown by the payment provider before confirmation. Cancelling does not remove independent manual or vote grants.
Exceptions and requests
We may deny a refund request involving fraud, repeated refund cycling, chargeback abuse, or a serious policy violation, except where denial would conflict with applicable law.
Manual grants, trials, promotions, and vote rewards are not paid purchases and have no cash value. Submit a request through the Contact and Support page with enough information to identify the purchase.
